Job Responsibilities:

1. B. Tech with minimum 03 years of experience in IT industry or user industry

2. Experience/Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Oracle based application development software like Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL and

Microsoft based application development software like .Net, IIS

3. Experience of Establishing/practicing IT Risk & Compliance management process in any industry .

4. Basic knowledge of business processes in industry presently working with. Knowledge of automobile / manufacturing industry business process will be an added advantage

5. Sound knowledge on the IT Risk management process and tools is desirable. Experience in implementation of any IT Risk management tool will be added advantage.

Job Description in details

1. The candidate is required to be majorly involved in establishing and sustenance of IT Governance, Risk & Compliance management process, meeting & co-ordination with Service providers,IT Infrastructure & Application development teams for project planning & execution of IT Risk management process

2. The job will require to monitor and publish the regular compliance reports & compliance gap and follow-up with risk owners for actionable & closure.

3. The candidate should be required to co-ordinate with Statutory/Internal auditors and IT risk owners for IT audits requirement.

4. The candidate should have adequate skills to co-ordinate with IT risk owners for tracking the audits observations for actionable and closure.

5. Regular induction/refresher IT Risk management training will also be expected as part of the responsibility

'1Excellent interpersonal skill

2. Good verbal and written communication skill

3. Proficient use of MS office and IT Risk managemnt tools .

4. Should have the capability to interact with the Software development & testing team

5. Ensure project schedules and objectives are met

6. Is able to supervise the work of outsourced employees

7. Should be able to do the data and trend analysis of the working area

8. Should be a good team member
