Role & Responsibilities :

1) Assume complete responsibility for a set of clients to generate revenue and deliver on their requirements.

2) Operations management skills required to manage and ensure delivery from a team.

3) Client relationship management including mapping and deep mining to ensure increasing share of clients business.

4) Effective team management, performance management & ensuring productivity through periodic reviews and feedback

5) Actively participate in client RFP- s, contract negotiations, sign ups and renewals

6) Design and execute diverse business offerings to meet different client needs

Should also be responsible for profitability (P&L) at a Pan India
