We are hiring IT recruiter for a leading E-commerce organization based out of New Delhi.

Experience: 5 -10 Years

Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

Compensation: At par in the industry

Role Type : Individual Contributor

Job responsibility

- Responsible for end-to-end technology recruitment for product Engineering

- Handling the entire Campus Recruitment process

- All aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant and offer activity, job description creation, postings, relocation

Skills required:-

- Good experience into IT technologies

- Prior Experience hiring for product / dot com companies would be preferred.

- Extensive experience with various tools of recruitment including online recruitment, headhunting, references, Social media, Campus recruitment.

- Excellent Communication skill mandatory
