We are looking for IT Recruiters and Sr. Recruiters for a US Staffing company in Noida

Experience of 3+ years in US Staffing.

Job description :

- Handling end-to-end recruitment process for senior and middle management level.

- Understanding JD &job specification of assigned positions.

- Screening and short listing resume.

- Sourcing of candidates through various channels like portals, professional networking sites, in-house data.

- Should have good communication skills

- Should be comfortable working on job portals like Monster and LinkedIn.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Excellent Communication Skills (written and Oral)

- Experience with various tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) & Visas (H1b/GC/EAD/L1/OPT)

- Should be good with technologies and should have an understanding of various IT terminologies

- Good Interviewing Techniques

- Good with MS Office

- Go getter attitude, ability to think out of the box.

Salary Range: 6 - 9 LPA
