Salary Range: 10 - 18 LPA
- Should be Technically very strong in terms of IT Hiring with thorough knowledge of Portal search,headhunting, referencing and mapping.
- Experience in hiring for IT technologies including Java, Core Java, C++, .Net, Big Data.
- Excellent communication skills along with exposure in making Recruitment's for IT Personnel.
- Managing the Recruitment & selection needs of Organisation, compensation & benefits, employees services and development.
- Ensure Teamwork and collaboration.
- Should possess Result oriented approach & strong sense of Ownership.
- Decisiveness, Networking and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to work with senior management.
- Proactive approach in building a pipeline of high quality candidates for the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate timely hiring and greater volume of candidates in the recruitment life cycle.
- Working on ad hoc projects as required for the benefit of the Recruitment Team.
- Coordinating with other recruiters and Business Development Managers.
