We are looking for IT Recruiters with following job responsibilities :-   Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.  Responsible for managing the client & their expectations.  Responsible for sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels, mainly through references and social networking.  Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.  Front facing with the clients to receive/understand/cascade requirements and Plan & execute the client deliverables.  Training/ mentoring new team members.  Motivating team members / resolving queries / problems.  Escalation handling.  Responsible for conducting the first level of screening as per client's requirement.  Overlooking the entire hiring process starting from telephonic interviews, pitching, head hunting, coordination for all the interviews.  Forge excellent connect and relationship with clients.  Drive Key SLA's and Metrics.  Ensure strong MI reporting.  Ensuring timely and quality delivery as per client's requirement.  Interlocking with the client on a regular basis to understand requirements, their needs and for Market intelligence   Expanding business by bringing in new clients.  Must have excellent communication skills, should be people-oriented and affable and have an attitude to keep pace in a fast, dynamic and challenging environment.   Location- Koramangala, Bangalore  Experience- 1- 3 years   Availability- Immediate   Please send in your profile to prashant@finessedirect.com or call us at +919632749933 for a discussion.
