The Role:

IT Project Manager with US Healthcare Domain Experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategically aligning the business vision and objectives to the projects that are initiated in different departments

- Manage the project program governance framework Preparing presenting progress issues budget to the appropriate Steering Committee

- Manage cross- functional team of resources Draws on reason and logic in making a case

- Actively seeks ways of improving current methods, systems, processes and structures

- Points out redundant steps in methods or procedures to bring in best practices

- The role will be expected to work in a fast-pace environment with high number of technical projects delivered with latest IT Technologies

- Create & Present Change requests related to IT Projects

- Lead Project status calls and Steering committee meetings according to the need of the Project

- End-to-end coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and scope

- Shift timings - 3 PM - 12 AM

Skills Required:

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in US Healthcare domain

- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills

- Business strategy aptitude

- Decision-making and leadership skills

- Good Customer focus and Service Orientation

- Ability to keep up with latest developments in the field

- Good communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 9 -15 years

- Graduate (any)
