Job Description :
Candidate will be Responsible for Governance, Execution and Delivery of IT projects (Existing, New application, Infrastructure) for the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Governance, Execution and Delivery of IT projects (Existing, New application, Infrastructure) for the organization.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
- Strong customer focused, team-oriented communication skills with emphasis on building lasting trusted partnership through written and verbal communications with clients of IT in the business.
- Manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders and keep them engaged throughout the project life cycle.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Pro-actively identify project risks and drive timely resolution to minimize the possibility of project failure.
- Apply quality management principles and processes. Identify and ensure all documentation are in compliance with regulatory requirements and appropriately assembled and archived.
- Prepare project health dashboard and report progress regularly to Senior Management.
Eligibility :
Qualification: B. Tech /BE /MCA /M Tech/ MS /M.Sc.
Prince2, PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
Total Experience: 10-12 Years; minimum 3 years of managing IT projects in Pharmaceutical / Life science industry.
Key Skills:
- Experience of managing large scale transformational projects of high value.
- Strong IT acumen, Technical Background and knowledge of computer system validation (CSV), Application Life Cycle management, data management, electronic data capture and related system documentation.
- Knowledge of project management tools like MS Projects/Primavera.
Able to demonstrate the understanding of :
