Job Description - Project Manager  Responsibilities :  - Deliver the product functionality within the cost, quality and schedule approved.  - Plan, track and deliver product functionality through multiple releases being engineered using multiple individual projects at any given time   - Manage multiple teams of developers and designers across multiple hierarchies   - Interface with stake holders to obtain feedback and provide updates on projects   - Create and manage project management documentation across the entire life-cycle of the project (Project Management Plan, Quality Management Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Risk Management Plan)  - Effort Estimation (Evaluate time, cost, resource requirements)   - Identify, document and communicate project status to all stakeholders   - Ensure team adherence to standards/process, objectives, milestones and time schedules   - Ensure high quality bug-free product   - Analyze technical and usability problems, perform root-cause analysis and work towards an solution acceptable to all stake holders  - Keep management informed of key issues and changes which may impact expected business results   - Ensure that the stake-holders meet their obligations and obtain stake-holder sign-off for key milestones   - Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to different engineering teams   - Interface with HR department to onboard high quality talent, on time.  - Coordinate with Product Head on the product roadmap releases  - Coordinate with Delivery Head on the product releases to the customer  Desired Skills and Experience :  Basic Qualifications :  - Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (B. Tech / B. E. / B. Sc. Comp Science)   - 7- 10 Years of experience   - At least 5 years of experience in software development using Java Technologies  - Minimum 1 years of experience as team leader / tech lead / project manager  - Minimum 4 years of experience as developer / analyst / engineer  - Good knowledge (above Level 3) in fundamentals of Java Technology including Core Java, Spring, Hibernate  - Good knowledge (above Level 3) in fundamentals of Database Management using Oracle  - Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple complex projects.  Preferred Qualifications :  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially excellence in technical communications with peers who may be remote.   - Solid knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.  Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices.   - Candidates with experience in Iterative, Agile or Scrum based product engineering will be preferred.   - Proven strong innovative and analytical ability.   - Ability to drive consensus within a team and influence outcomes in significant technical decision-making.   - Project Management certification from PMI  - Proactive and self-motivated   - Ability to work under tight deadlines. Ability to work late nights from home. Ability to tackle big, incompletely-specified problems and resolve ambiguity proactively.
