Job Responsibilities : - Enterprise solution architect, Global Delivery of large and complex Programs, Agile, DevOps and Traditional project/program management, CMMI process management, Internal and External stakeholder management, IT Financial management. - Maintain regular interaction with cross functional global teams/ vendors based on business as well as operational requirements Liaise with various vendors pertaining to procurement, planning, implementation, testing and deployment across projects Management of vendor relationship, contracts, liaise with internal-external stakeholders to ensure compliance to various SLA parameters, deliverables, managing risks/ issues/changes Optimized business policies & processes to enhance operational efficiency - Proficient in administering project management activities which include planning, design, scope management, estimation, resource administration and completion of project within specified parameters - IT Operation Management - Program / Project Life Cycle Management - Healthcare IT Design and Setup - HMIS, EMR Implementation - Strategic ICT Planning - IT Asset Management - IT Governance, Compliance & Audit - ISO 27001 & ISMS Implementation - Business Process Automation - Budgeting & Cost Control Must Haves : - Looking for result-oriented professionals with about 8-15 years of experience in Program Management, Agile Delivery and Technical delivery of projects. - PMP Certification is an absolute must - You must be able to efficiently manage technical delivery and Scrum master for Agile delivery of project. - Skilled in Global delivery model, CMMI audit management, Large and complex program management. - Skilled in digital and automation journey and crowd sourcing - Skilled in strategic management, metrics management, organization data analysis, reporting as well as auditing - Managing and technologically driving developments in ERP applications (Oracle Financials and PeopleSoft). Good to Haves : - Implemented Database backup strategies, failsafe clustering, database replication and server virtualizations - Prior experience in execution of Six Sigma Projects, would be an added advantage.
