We have an urgent opening with a global provider of security products, services and software. Job Description : This position reports to the Enterprise System Manager (ESM) and will partner with Director and VP level management. This position will participate in ESM Team Leaders Meetings and considered an ESM Leader. The Business have the overall responsibility for the ERP Project and that is not the intention for this role to have. This role is to support the Business Project Manager and enable smooth collaboration between business and IT. Also internal and external resources utilized in the Projects and other ESM requested activities. This Role will be expected to prepare steering group material together with the Business Project Manager and when needed to present to Senior Stakeholders to progress of the Projects. Job Responsibilities : 1. Own and improve the groups Methodology and toolkit for ERP Projects. - Establish and maintain a best practise for IT Activities in a Rollout 2. Support in Project Charter Creation 3. Project Mobilizations - Team / Stakeholders On-boarding (Support BU) - Project Planning (Advice on IT/Change Management Activities) - Project RACI Matrix Clarification 4. Coordinate IT Activities in Projects: - Training - Test - Migration 5. Drive that the Subject Matter Expert perform Issue identification and active problem solving. Escalate to the Product Team when needed and follow-up status on escalated issues. 6. Plan and report progress on the IT activities to the Business Project Manager 7. Drive Lessons Learned per Project and propose Key improvement activity to fellow ESM Leaders and project members. Required Skills and Qualifications : 1. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience - Ability to establish detailed Project plans according to Best Practices from the ESM Team and ability to adapt these to the situation to meet overall project goals. 2. Excellent interpersonal negotiation and influencing skills and ability to communicate to different levels and cultures, verbally and through written communications - Ability to handle conflict situations and ensure progress where different specialist and stakeholders have different views on how to ensure project progress. 3. Strong "service provider" and "business partner" orientation. A visible, collaborative, and accessible leader to both the IT organization and the rest of the business. Job requirements : 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience of ERP Project Management or Projects were coordination and handling different groups of people was required to achieve success. 2. Documented experience of leadership in Projects 3. Ability to travel 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
