We are hiring IT project Managers with following skills:

Job Description for a Project Manager :

Must Have :

- Candidates for this role should be really strong with Stakeholder management and communication skills.

- They are going to steer committee meetings with high level executive and authorities and during these calls will provide strategic oversight and guidance to one or multiple projects

- They should have detailed understanding on End-to-End project management which starts from creating a project charter and then getting into Design- >Build- >Test and Deploy; complete hands-on experience in entire SDLC of any project

- Hands on experience and knowledge in Agile methodology is needed

- Understanding on Budgeting and Costing is going to be really crucial for this role as a project manager, while in execution phase project manager will be responsible to take care and monitor project variance which should never exceed 5-6%

- Hands on experience with Risk and Issue management; project manager will be responsible to strategically oversight the project and mitigate all the risks upfront

- People must have experience in managing projects upto 2 million euros in their previous project management roles.

- Overall work experience needed is 10 - 16 years and project management has to be 3 to 5 years.

- Not looking for Project managers coming from - BOSCH, Daimler, HP as their budgets are not managed in India and the project managers are only involved in the execution phase.

- Agile- Waterfall.

Good to Have :

- Certifications like PMP, SAFe, CSM

- Have been onsite and worked from there on similar role

- Served in the firms like : Infosys, Wipro, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, Cognizant, TCS, IBM, Mindtree, Capgemini, Accenture and other such big names in service and consulting

Avoid : Candidates from Shell and those who have recently attended the interview in Shell.
