JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Controlling and Closing of projects. - Projects Manager is expecting to work with the key stakeholders/ project managers who are assigned job of managing specific projects as an additional work. - Projects Manager will create an integrated project plan focused on attaining the outlined goals for the Organization. This will include understanding scope, cost, timelines, risk, quality issues, communications, key deliverables and milestones. - He/she will oversee all aspects of a project, aligning milestone with the defined timelines, monitoring and summarizing progress of a project. - One of the critical skill set will be an ability to have a seamless communication and coordination with different user groups, various vendors and third party. - The successful candidate will work directly with the top management to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible fulfilling the overall objective. JOB SPECIFICATION - Graduate with a good educational background, an excellent communicator with proven working experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the information technology sector. - Candidate should have a good organizational skill, including attention to detail and should be comfortable in managing multiple tasks. Strong working knowledge of CRM, ERP & Microsoft Office is expected. - PMP certificate is desirable but not mandatory.
