Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA; or Graduation (Any degree) + MBA (Preferable) Experience: Minimum 3 yrs experience in project management/ eGovernance/ BPR/ digital transformation/ business analysis Certifications: PMP/ PRINCE2/ Six Sigma/ ITIL (Desirable) Prior Experience: - Experience of working on digital transformation/ govt advisory/ technology consulting projects - Experience of working as part of IT project/ program management team - Experience of working with Government/ Public sector clients (Desirable) - Experience in making effective presentations, review reports, data analysis reports etc to senior management - Experience in end-to-end bid process management process - Experience in using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel and Visio Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide support and inputs, and interact with relevant counterparts in the province on initiatives related to e-governance - Help in creating concept papers and high-level solution plans from a consulting point of view - Assist the client in designing large scale digital transformation project implementation plans - Assist the client in creating the detailed project reports - Assist the client in finalizing its as-is process and functionality analysis - Write Request for proposals (RFPs) for SI selection and help in bid process management - Help to conduct industry consultations and pre-bid meetings - Assist the client with inputs/recommendations from functional/process perspective develop a monitoring and evaluation plan of the implementation schedule - Review of all the business processes and blueprint w.r.t to functional design and implementation of the solution - Work with internal teams on system design and functionality - Facilitate review of all the deliverables submitted by the implementation team from functional perspective - Monitor the Go-Live preparedness and ensure successful completion of core business transactions - Assist/ provide inputs to the client towards Commissioning Certificate for Go-Live - Prepare concept papers and thought leadership for the assigned projects
