IT Project Lead- Digital Lending- Financial Services Firm

Job Purpose:

As a Senior Project Manager, individual will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the digital lending space. This position requires a deep understanding of digital technologies, LOS and LMS and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Candidate should have experience of Sprint planning, Scoping dev requirement, Agile methodology, Project presentations with sprints TAT along with product backlogs.

- Should be well versed with customer onboarding, underwriting, disbursements, repayments and collection journeys.

- The candidate should be well versed with banking/NBFC industry practices.

- Required Expertise in Requirement gathering, Requirement analysis, Requirement finalization, BRD writing, solution designing, All Digital products Integration.

- Required expertise in all API integrations.

- Candidate should be able to create test scenarios for testing purpose for any system enhancement/development & have the experience of testing in depth.

- He/ She should be able to identify project deliverables, organize tasks and activities, follow up diligently with all stakeholders & ensure milestones are achieved within target timelines.

- Knowledge of FinnOne or similar loan System is required. Understanding of LOS (Loan origination) and LMS (Loan Management system) including configurations & API integrations.

- Should be able to verify and validate the efforts / timelines given by vendors / IT and negotiate where appropriate.

- Should be able to coordinate with various support teams and ensure all dependent tasks are closed timely and as per requirement. Have the ability to ensure correct use of SCRUM framework.

- Should be able to enlist the various tasks related to IT support for applications and on how to enable and monitor them.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor's in engineering / technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.
