IT Programme Manager

Position: Technology Program Manager

Role: Individual Contributor

Experience: 7+ yrs

Job Location: Mumbai

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E / MCA

Job Type: Permanent & Onsite (Work From Office)

Role Dimension:

- As Technical Project / Programme Manager you will work closely with the Product Owner, developers, testers and all relevant stakeholders to direct development in line with development standards ensuring the principles, engineering practices and Scrum framework are implemented correctly.

- You will represent the team internally in the various product and cross functional initiatives, define priorities, bring clarity and lead continuous agile development.

- You will collaborate team(s) to ensure they are fully aware of the strategic context of their work; have clarity on the relevant strategic goals and broader program plans ,and developing an innovative, creative environment to give the team space to focus on the task at hand; Own the deliveries from Scrum Teams.

- Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests.

What we look for?

- Have previous experience of delivering projects in an Agile Scrum environment - with at least 5 years of experience Project Manager & experience of working with remote teams.

- Proficient with standards of SDLC, TDLC

- Strong command over JIRA and Confluence

- Excellent knowledge/experience on BDD, TDD, Extreme Programming or any other frameworks.

- Exposure to E-Comm, WEB/WAP portals

Major Responsibilities:

- Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.

- Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

- Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.

- Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.

- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.

- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Able to coach and mentor team(s) to achieve a higher level of maturity and proficiency on

- Agile framework/Scrum.

- Provide leadership and decisive responses to challenges and issues.

- Build and maintain strong relationship with product manager(s) and all relevant stakeholders.

- Strong communication skills (verbal, written) with attention to detail

- Provide guidance and support to resolve conflicts
