IT Product Sales Role - Healthcare (12-16 yrs)
- Plans, directs, and coordinates the local sales of the organization's solutions and/or services to enhance the local and regional business by performing the following duties:
- Establish sales goals/forecast and develop sales pipeline.
- Manage ongoing sales plan to meet/exceed assigned quotas to ensure profitability from the sales of solutions and/or services.
- Develop and grow the market, for both short and long term, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company solutions and/or services.
- Assist Regional Marketing function with local Marketing activities.
- Formulate strategic partnership with key industry players in India
- Maintain relationship and engagement at all levels.
- Evaluate market potential and formulate strategy to suit local market conditions to promote sales.
- This is a Field sales role (Not Inside sales)
- This is an I/C role for South India Market
- If the candidate is based out of Chennai / Blore he/ she needs to work from office (Hybrid), If not Remote and willing to travel to Chennai as required
- Budget (60% Fixed and 40% Incentives based on achievement of target)
- This is a regular shift work
- The person needs to travel in and around South India to procure local business
- This is at Senior professional level - 12 - 16 years experience selling healthcare products to healthcare institutions
- Should be excellent in RFP / RFQ response
- Immediate joiners preferred - Max 45 days' notice
