Job Description/ Skills required :
- Ownership of delivery of product initiatives, releases & program management.
- Analyse the user impact of product features and define key metrics for success
- Business Analyst Experience implementing ERP & CRM- specific modules like Accounts Receivable/Billing/Order 2 Cash (O2C)
- Experience in successful project management
- Ability to write clear Business Requirements & Responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Exposure to modern user interfaces and a flair to keep abreast with technology
- Demonstrated competence with Sales, business development, product know-how, marketing data research, analytics, assortment mix management & knowing the pulse of the market
- Excellent Written and Oral Skills
- Ability to Travel - International
