Managing the entire product line life cycle - conceptualization, design, development, Q/A and maintenance  2. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research  3. Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product  4. Planning and removing all the bottlenecks in the implementation by ensuring smooth team wide communication channels.  5. Build and manage a compelling portfolio of products based on business imperatives, customer requirements, competitive products and technology trends.  6. Conduct deep market and competitive research across a diversity of relevant customer segments to understand directional trends and recommend product strategy.  7. Take full ownership of all aspects of the product management lifecycle (conception, design, prototyping, pilots, development oversight, testing, roll-out and schedules).  8. Propose and execute product budgets to ensure profitability.  9. Ensure portfolio enhancement and upgradation based on changing business/technology.  10. Working closely with the business team, marketing team and the associates in the market.  Must Have Skills:  1. Should have prior Product Management experience  2. Conceive, design, launch and continually upgrade the portfolio of products for the Mobile app and Website.  3. Must have relevant experience in competitive research, market research, customer segment analysis, use case development, prototyping, proof-of-concept development, pilots, focus groups, and product launches for digital products.  4. Must have relevant experience managing product roadmaps and program rollouts.  5. Must have a good understanding of the technology, architecture, UX designing.  6. Must have a proactive benchmarking attitude involving cross industry products.  Personal Skills:  1. Organized, self-motivator, great communicator, detail oriented and fast learner.  2.
