As a leading player in the Information Technology industry, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services to our clients and customers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement activities related to IT products and services, ensuring optimal quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. - Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the IT requirements and plan procurement activities accordingly. - Evaluate and select suppliers based on their capabilities, financial stability, and track record. - Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions. - Monitor market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities. - Analyze the performance of suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions when needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in IT procurement, preferably in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and trends. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. - Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices. - Proficiency in procurement software and tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Attention to detail and highly organized. - Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. - Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
