Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain key Treasury applications, such as the Treasury Management System (Reval) and other Applications.

- Advise on and lead the design and delivery the Treasury Systems Strategy for Group Treasury.

- Responsibility for the development and execution of relevant projects which will improve and enhance Treasury operations, systems, and processes.

- Link between Treasury and IT function for Treasury related projects.

- Maintain and set-up interfaces between the different applications.

- Management of the various application vendors to include banks, systems developers and outsourced service providers, as well internal operations.

- Responsibility for managing treasury systems support and ensuring a high level of service is provided internally to stakeholders, within specific timelines.

- Responsibility for support in execution of Treasury workflows, i.e. payments, investments, settlements, foreign exchange dealing and cash management, etc.

- Maintain the Digital Payments framework.

- Support the development of a best in class, agile and scalable payments infrastructure, payment gateways solutions and supplier payment gateways (AP, treasury, payroll)

- Facilitate assessment and adoption of emerging trends and technology in the payments industry to help maintain best practice in the group.

- Accountability for the support and maintenance of Treasury system reports and the design and delivery of new reports.

- Contribute to the on-going development and communication of Group Treasury policies, procedures and documentation.

- Participating in ad hoc projects and cross function tasks as required

Essential Skills:

- Experience of treasury operations and systems, and practical experience in implementing and maintaining a Treasury Management System.

- Good understanding of Treasury systems, processes, products, and instruments.

- At least five years of professional experience in a treasury/finance department, treasury IT or payment transactions of a company.

- Business analyst experience is preferred. Ability to translate business processes and requirements into technical specifications is a must.

- Basic understanding of Treasury workflows like payments, investments, settlements, and cash management etc.

- Experience in management reporting as well as digitization competencies are an advantage.

- Strong analytical skills and high level of accuracy in execution, service-oriented person, strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working under pressure.

- Strong inter-personal skills and the cultural sensitivity to deal with geographically diverse groups.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Responsiveness and a strong sense of customer service.
