Description
Reporting to the COO/CFO, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead IT, provide pan India support and strategic direction to the organization
- Lead IT at an enterprise level
- Manage stakeholder locally, regionally & globally
- Enable digitization across multiple operating entities in India
- CAPEX, OPEX and budgeting for India
- Manage contractual staff & vendors providing IT support
Profile
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Computer Science with more than 15 years of overall experience.
- Experience in managing IT Application & Business Solutions
- Exposure to ERP's like oracle and working knowledge of Navision preferred.
- Experience in medical Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Ability to influence teams with no direct reporting
- Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple locations
- Negotiation and analytical skills.
- Strategic planning and execution skills.
