- Drive the SAP landscape design review sessions and actively participate in ensuring that a robust application framework and roadmap is achieved for the SAP landscape in the organization

- Understand, evaluate and critically examine various SAP solutions available and suggest the best possible option for various businesses in the group. Be responsible

- Create and maintain regional IT roadmap in accordance with the business plans.

- Acted as Functional expert [Project Manager /Business Analyst for various business applications like sales Target monitoring, stock Availability, contribution mix, Trade Marketing Effectiveness, Retail Compliance, Route Planning and Optimization, Order Tracking van Sales, Trade Engagement, Retailer Servey,Report stock-checking and Replenishment through out of Stock Correction Campaign Management, Return and Claim Management Etc.

- IT Operations and SAP Implementation and sales force automation.
