- Education Graduate from a reputed Engineering Institution & MBA in Information Sciences

- Experience 5 to 7 years in Management Analytics & Business Consulting, and/or implementation of Business Development/ Go to marketing Strategy.

- Candidates preferred from Health Tech companies/ Startups.

Build Strategic IT Roadmap:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify technology trends and innovations to enhance organizational effectiveness.

- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on IT-driven opportunities for business growth. Contribute to the development of new revenue streams through technology.

- Creating a Common IT Interface: Establish a unified IT interface to streamline operations across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain and enhance cross-functional collaboration and information sharing.

- Customer-Centric IT: Developing customer centric IT approach by understanding market trends & customer behaviour to improve the customer targeting strategy. Enhance the digital experience for both internal and external customers.

- Stakeholder Management & Firm-Building IT: Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align IT initiatives & build / maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners. Contribute to firm-building initiatives to strengthen the organizational culture.

- Program Management: Plan & execute new center IT Infrastructure, new Software & Technologies. Budget & Budget monitoring of all new Installations/ Implementations.

- Resource Planning & Optimization: Optimize IT resources for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ensure proper resource allocation for strategic projects.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop & implement effective go-to-market strategies for IT products and services. Align IT initiatives with market demands and competitive trends.

- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to optimize technology services.
