Job Description:

- Lead the Application/ Software development function of the organization

- Responsible for the IT strategy and vision of the organization

- Will be responsible for entire Application Lifecycle management-App Development, Integration, Maintenance at Organization level

- Lead and mentor the technology team for efficient functioning of the team

- Will be responsible for proactively thinking out of the box and coming up with new applications that add value to the organization

Successful Applicant:

- BE/B. Tech/MS in Computer Science or IT from a tier 1 institute

- At least 17 years of overall work experience, with 10 years in a leadership role

- Experience heading the Application development function of NBFCs or banks

- Self- driven individual

- Excellent communication skills

- Remarkable leadership skills
