Our client is world renowned analytics organization. Headquartered in US, the company is looking to hire for the position of IT Leader based in Mumbai.

Job Description:

- Manage and supervise the staff and IT functions, service desk

- High level performance in IT processes, accurate reporting and establish service improvement activities

- Lead, monitor and support delivery, ensure systems and procedures are in place across all teams

- Strong understanding of local systems and projects

- Ensure high quality of service and performance, communication regarding IT matters, maintaining relationship with other departments

- Drive technology innovations, process improvement, ensure IT and business are in line with the strategy and current policies

- Maintain relationship with stakeholders

The Successful Applicant :

- Post graduate degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience in IT

- Strong experience of IT applications

- Exposure to Microsoft, Cloud technologies (Azure or AWS)

- Candidates with financial services background would be preferred

- Proactive and result oriented

- People management, stakeholder and vendor management

- Strong interpersonal and Presentation skills

- Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
