IT Governance Lead - Infrastructure

We are GNF International, an Executive Search firm based at Ahmedabad, India.

We are currently head hunting for one of our clients, leaders in the infrastructure sector, for a senior role as IT Governance Lead to be based at their Corporate office.

Job purpose:

The IT Governance Lead shall be responsible for tracking/reporting regular reviews spanning entire gamut of Central IT scope of work (Applications, Infrastructure, Security, Enterprise Architecture, Monitoring IT projects within the different BU's etc.), financial tracking, risk/issue tracking, and knowledge management/learning for the team in Central IT. The person in this role needs to extend support to the Group CIO on various areas including tracking status of program deliverables and milestones, program level risk and issue co-ordination, monitoring the status of projects transitioning into normal service, coordination of the regular project / program level reporting cycles, governance arrangements etc.

Relevant Experience:

At least 8 - 10 years of experience in IT / Consulting organizations

At least 4 - 5 years of experience in Consulting in one of the Big Four consulting organizations

Experience of program co-ordination/ project monitoring & management

Experience of managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle

Experience of working within a structured project management framework

Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness

Education:

B.E (or M. Tech) in Information Technology / Computer Science etc.

MBA (Systems / IT as one of the specialization)
