IT Finance Business Partner - SAP FICO

SPECIFIC KNOWLEGE:

- Experience of working on SAP FICO module

- Expertise in Finance processes - General Ledgers, Accounts payable & receivable, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting

- In depth knowledge of Controlling aspects - Cost centres, Internal Orders, Activity Based costing, Profitability Analysis

- Integration with Logistics and Manufacturing business processes

- Reporting - Operational, legal and group reporting

- Finance Data integration - Banking interfaces, integration with other systems,

- Associated Master Data elements which support all of the above business processes.

AREAS of RESPONSIBILITIES and RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- Deliver global / local technology projects in line with India Finance roadmaps & business requirements by working collaboratively with Global Service Delivery team, Vendors & business counterparts.

- Effectively contribute in Blueprinting the Finance and controlling processes during the implementation phase.

- Take ownership for all FICO processes from SAP perspective and liaise with key finance stakeholders to fine tune and update them from time to time.

- Enhances and Ensures effective usage of SAP - FICO-Material ledger - CIN - for India Operations, including business process analysis and training for all users.

- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve business processes, decrease turnaround times on service levels, streamline work processes, and work collaboratively to provide quality seamless customer service.

- Implement SAP to new locations / areas of the company in India using Global template, however keeping variations due to local legal requirements to the minimum.

- Provide application support to Finance users in SAP & non SAP environment, with primary focus on business processes.

- Develop reporting tools for meeting legal & management reporting requirements for Finance & Controlling areas
