The Founders of IT Exchange saw that despite an evolved IT industry, midsize companies struggle to find competent IT Service Providers. The idea of a marketplace was thus created as an IT Exchange that connects IT Buyers with IT Service Providers so the midsize business could leverage the benefits of IT outsourcing in the same way as Fortune 500 have been able to do in the last few decades.

Job description

We are looking for someone young with a high aptitude and ability to learn new things, someone with strong analytical skills. If you think you are someone like that then please read on.

Just like any startup it's hard to define a very clear role for individuals but we have made an attempt to do so. However, we are really looking for an all rounder across Product Management, Product Development and Quality Assurance. Here are some of the key things the person will do:

- Interface with ITXchg clients to understand and document their requirement

- Manage product documentation, specifications

- Coordinate the with the outsourced development team

- Perform acceptance testing of the code from development

- Coordinate transactions being carried out on ITXchg

- Help the founding team with other day to day activities

Desired Skills and Experience

- Engineering degree from reputed college, MBA (preferred)

- 2-5 years work experience in client handling, business analyst role

- Good understanding of project management functions

- Understanding of various technologies

- Strong analytical skills

- Should be proficient with MS Office

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Should have experience working in a global virtual environment

- Self-starter with ability to work with little guidance, independently
