IT Due Diligence Role - M&A/Integration& Separation Vertical (2-10 yrs)

Looking for IT /Technology Due Diligence role from M&A or Integration& Separation vertical.

- Exposure to various sectors such as financial services, healthcare, pharma, power and utility, energy, retail and hospitality, and technology.

- Operational and technology experience in software/hi-tech, healthcare, and/or manufacturing & distribution organizations.

- An experience in across wide spectrum of IT security including Strategy and Roadmap, Infrastructure and Application Security, Vendor Management and Procurement, Spend Analysis and Benchmarking, Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance.

- Strong knowledge of business process / operational consulting in Healthcare, Manufacturing & Distribution, and technology/tech-enabled companies.

- ERP or supply chain applications implementation experience; functional expertise in IT and supporting front/back office operations preferred

- The ability to develop detailed, compelling and analytical PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio deliverables to convey complex thoughts and ideas to various stakeholders.

- Exposure to various sectors such as financial services, healthcare, pharma, power and utility, energy, retail and hospitality, and technology.

- Knowledge of key IT and IT security management processes and industry frameworks (e.g. CMMI, COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27000, SSAE-18 SOC reporting, NIST Cybersecurity Framework).

- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as FFIEC, NERC CIP, PCI, HIPAA, and HITECH a plus.

- Managing complex operational and/or IT projects/people.

- Analyze and accurately format large sets of data.

- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
