IT Digital Officer - FMCG

Responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for project execution for all Digital projects in IT.

2. Providing end user support for implemented Digital solutions in IT

3. Running regular checks on Digital systems of the company and driving adoption of the systems with the users.

4. Identifying gaps and acting on opportunities to improve and update Digital applications by interacting with business stakeholders

5. Conduct training programs and workshops for users and ensuring smooth access of Digital applications

6. Ensure digital application delivery with optimum cost, timely delivery, and highest quality as per business requirement

7. Ensuring availability of the digital application by coordinating with IT infrastructure team and vendor teams.

8. Reporting on various digital projects/applications under implementation.

9. Identifying opportunities for team training and technical skills advancement.

10. Ensuring 99% SLA adherence to all the tickets raised.

11. Strive for customer satisfaction for Digital projects delivery

1. Project delivered with planned TCQ - Time, cost and quality

2. 100% User adoption of Digital systems

3. Increased application availability and uptime , End user Employee training and documentation

5. Improve on issue handle time.

6. Continuous improvement on digital system features.
