Role - India IT: Digital Manager BRM Role

Context:

Digital Transformation is at the heart of L- Oreal group strategy. A number of initiatives have already been launched at the IT organization level touching various business and technological domains: e-commerce, eMarketing, CRM- Furthermore, the APAC regions has countries that are at the forefront of the Digital revolutions: countries like Japan, Korea and China are continuously stretching what is possible in this domain.

The Role:

- Responsible for managing business relationship with Digital teams and digital roadmap. Bring value to the team with having deep understanding of E-commerce, CRM and brand digital presence related business process, requirement and its priorities to continued improvement initiatives.

- This is a role, which requires someone to have strong interpersonal and networking skills. Much of what we do is remote therefore good, clear and high-quality communication to people in different countries will be required. It is a role, which is suited to someone with a mixture of technical and business background, or a business person who understands technical.

- The person in this position will have responsibility for aligning business expectation as a business analyst and Digital Share Service Centre (SSC) delivery. At the same oversee system development, implementation, improvement, and support on day-to- day activity. (Support includes Marketing Websites, Integration with E-Com Partners, E-commerce sides, CRM, internal web systems & app [iOS/Android] maintenance and their enhancement. Business partner for this position includes all business divisions in India. (CPD+PPD+LPD)

Key Job Accountabilities:

- The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in E-commerce, CRM and brand digital presence to.

- Support Digital IT, Website Factory, CRM, Digital Marketing Managers, E-Commerce Integrations with partners. Validating and positioning the Function Digital demand into the IT portfolio, ensuring active Executive sponsorship is in place for the Digital agenda.

- Work proactively and closely with region and country Digital business representatives to push and adopt usage of Group/Zone standard solution and service.

- Act as the - voice- of country India, as the digital business representative and provide feedback and improvement suggestions to Group/Zone solutions & services.

- Collect and translate business needs in Digital area to system requirements.

- Analysis, design, testing and ongoing maintenance & support for internal systems.

- Partner with Digital team and understand their requests. Prioritize business's needs and translate business requirements into system solutions.

- Account for the budget discussion with Digital & Business team.

- Align with South APAC Digital Team, Zone team resources and ensure to develop stabled system/application based on business's requirements.

- Proactively continue to find opportunity to improve development/system implementation process.

- Execute various projects in Digital as a project member and take ownership on respective assigned roles with other members.

- Support driving system enhancements and new systems implementation following the project life cycle management process in partner with both internal and external team. Ensures system change management in place and these are thoroughly documented in timely manner.

- Manage and keep maintaining the relationship with the business teams in India as well as well as the counterpart of IT team.

Profile & Position Requirements:

Required credentials:

- Bachelor's degree and an experience range from 8-12 years in CG, FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce industry.

- IT certifications with exposure to web development platforms. Digital, e-commerce, and/or CRM related development expertise is a plus.

- Minimum 4-5 years- experience in management of digital technologies like E-commerce, CRM and marketing websites, Social Media Sites.

- Exposure / Experience on programming towards Web Platforms and technologies is a much-added advantage (JavaScript, PHP, C+, etc.)

- Knowledge and understanding of Security Parameters and Data Protection.

- Exposure / Experience on tools like: MOAT, DCM, DBM, DOMO an added advantage.

- A clear understanding of Business Processes, how they integrate across business functions and how they are supported by Digital IT solution

- Be Pro-active and anticipatory in thinking style with ability to understand customer needs and business priorities.

- Both BA (Business Analysis) capability and experience of technical/architecture standardization are required.

- Professional documentation skill is required to create business requirement, functional requirement and testing document.

- Understanding of IOT of things, Block-Chain Technologies. Always wanting to learn and understand new technologies and their usage across industry.

- Strong and proactive communication and facilitation skills in English and experiences in collaborating with business users and other IS team members to design and implement systems solutions as desired.

- Good working attitude and strong ownership.

- Business change management experience.

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.

- Passion for digital technology platforms, and their data usage is a must have.
