IT Consulting - Business Process/Systems

Our Client is a international consulting company with a huge focus on North American and European clientele, providing IT Advisory, IT Strategy & Program Management consulting solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop Consulting Offerings, Accelerators, Win themes, as part of Practice Development.

- Collaborate with Verticals and other units and build go-to-market campaigns.

- Understanding of the techno-functional aspects of applications and business processes

- Do Assessments, Assessment reports, Build Road Maps, Strategy in the Integration space for customers.

- Develop in-depth understanding of client business needs and successfully position the company and self, as a trusted advisor.

- Focused on driving consulting for downstream SI work.

- A thought leader in the Business Integration Domain

- Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching to Business Analysts, Sr BAs, and Consultants

Required Profile for Candidature:

- Understands Enterprise Integration consulting as a business; demonstrated competency in the ability to translate customer/business requirements into business solutions

- Familiar with Integration Competency Center (Or Integration COE), Maturity Models, Set up and Led Consulting or Delivery of ICC initiatives in customer engagements, Developed Road Maps, Set up Processes, Tools and Platforms in this space.

- Prior Experience in developing offerings in the Integration space, assessments, accelerators, assessment reports, etc

- Prior experience in Consulting in the Enterprise Business Integration space, managing strategic IT Integration projects (with a heavy involvement in solution design and consulting)

- Hands on experience working with engagements/transformational by nature

- Some experience in business development will be an advantage

Education & Experience:

- MBA from a premier institute

- BE as a bachelors degree prior to MBA

- 8 plus years of experience out of which a minimum of 3 years into Business Process Integration providing high end consulting to clients, in a Management Consulting Organisation.
