- 3 to 4 years of experience in Siebel CRM in various modules like Siebel Service, Service Request Management, Warranty Processes, Service Contracts, Asset Management, Service Claims, Job Card, Part and Service Invoicing, Approval Workflows and Pricing. Account Management, Service Request Module related Order Management and Procurement. Experience of Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

- Minimum one Siebel Open UI Implementation Or two Siebel Open UI support projects should have handled.
