As an IT Business Analyst specializing in Regulatory Reporting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization's compliance with industry regulations and delivering effective reporting solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


Regulatory Compliance:


- Stay abreast of industry regulations and updates relevant to the organization's operations.


- Interpret and analyze regulatory requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of reporting obligations.


Requirement Gathering:


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize regulatory reporting requirements.


- Conduct workshops and interviews to extract detailed information needed for compliance.


Data Analysis:


- Analyze data sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, and relevance for regulatory reporting.


- Work with data stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data quality.


Documentation:


- Create comprehensive and clear documentation, including business requirements, data dictionaries,

and reporting specifications.


- Maintain documentation to reflect any changes in regulatory reporting requirements.


Solution Design:


- Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that address regulatory reporting

needs.


- Collaborate with data architects and developers to ensure alignment with data management standards.


Testing and Validation:


- Define test cases and scenarios for regulatory reporting.


- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct testing and validate report accuracy.


Stakeholder Communication:
