IT Business Analyst - Insuretech

Role: Business Analyst

Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conducting discovery session on clients existing process and map to SaaS product offering

- Requirement gathering, preparing Business Requirement Document, Process Requirement Document, user flow, wireframes, DFD's etc.

- Analyzing business needs as well as performing technical feasibility study and system impact analysis

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to establish project plans, track delivery and timelines

- Ensuring business requirements and processes are captured in project/system specifications

- Tracking and communicating progress as well as risks and issues

- Ensuring proper documentation is in place and providing support and training as required

Desired Profile

- B.E/B.Tech with at least 2 years' experience within an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager role (Banking/ Insurance domain experience would be advantage)

- Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis as well as creating test plan & cases

- Prior experience with Agile methodologies

- Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken) and are able to present clearly and effectively

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required to be successful in this role

- Motivated to push through in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment

- Strong command on MS Office, JIRA/Trello
