IT Business Analyst - Debit Cards Vertical - IT

Position: IT Business Analyst (Debit Cards) (Leading MNC IT Company)

Role & Requirements:

- BE + MBA

- Experience: 5-14 yrs of experience working in a technical business analyst role with extensive experience in the Card Domain (Especially Debir Card Domain)

- Previous experience with online banking software and/or solid understanding of banking systems/operations

- Prior experience in software development/ installation/ support/ project management preferred

- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and Point of contact for both internally and the Client

- Experienced in working with teams in different time zones including India & US

- Works with product owner, project manager & delivery teams in translating features and requirements into a fully-formed user stories that describes the needs, features, constraints, and scope of a project

- When necessary, develops Visio diagrams or other illustrations to communicate project workflows and conditions to facilitate understanding of the project

- Ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible given the technological, resource, and schedule constraints of the project

- When necessary, provide development with design information including, but not limited to, data field mapping, proposed report layouts, and UI design ideas

- Participate in Internal QA and Customer Acceptance Testing to confirm that the delivered solution successfully implemented
