IT Business Analyst - Collaborate with project managers, clients, and development teams to gather and document business requirements for web applications. - Conduct interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to identify business needs, goals, and objectives. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for web applications. - Work with development teams to ensure that the functional specifications accurately translate into technical requirements. - Use project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage the product backlog, including refining user stories, creating acceptance criteria, and prioritizing features. - Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Monitor and track project progress to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Ensure that web applications meet the needs of end-users and clients by facilitating user acceptance testing and providing feedback to development teams. - Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders. - Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and accurate. - Strong understanding of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. - Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Hands on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
