- To act as subject matter expert by understanding complexity of products and processes.
- To facilitate state of art processes and systems
- Work on the identified problem stmt and identify solutions around it
- Identify business impact due to change on the related systems and processes
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- To facilitate feasibility study & requirement gathering
- Understanding inherent systems, business processes and associated system workflow.
- Design or modify information systems through process of business analysis; identifying user needs, documenting requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
- Working closely with users to ensure completion of UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and Sign off
- On project closure, validate if the change has contributed in realising estimated benefits and achieving outcomes
- Create User Manuals and supporting documents during project roll outs
- Drive adoption
- Define systems scope, objectives and functionality based on user input and an understanding of business processes and industry requirements.
- Eliminate Cost and Time overrun

PREFERRED CREDENTIALS
- 6 - 8 years of experience in IT - business analysis,
- Any graduate; preferred BE, BSc
- Strong Insurance Domain Knowledge
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, Phases of a project lifecycle
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
