IT Business Analyst - Capital Markets/Investment Banking Domain

JOB SUMMARY:

Primary Responsibilities:

Requirements Management - Solicit and prioritize business requirements by conducting various workshops with business users and other stakeholders

Co-ordinate with Subject Matter Experts to understand the business requirements.

Prepare Business Requirement Document / Functional Specification Document / Use Case Document

Perform gap analysis between business requirements and existing implementation

Knowledge transfer to the design/development/QA teams

Work closely with the development team to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.

Perform Functional Testing of the completed developments

Provide functional support for preparation of test cases and plans. Review/create test plans/test scenarios/test cases/ test data

Desired Skills and Experience

Capital Markets experience is a must
