IT Business Analyst - BPO/ITeS

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science

- 6-10 years of relevant work experience

- Unyielding attention to detail

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong planning and time management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with time-sensitive milestones

- Must be able to work independently with minimal direction and guidance to achieve established goals and objectives

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze and define current business processes as well as requirements

- Evaluate, test, and recommend new opportunities for enhancing IT processes

- Contribute to and drive continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs

- Formulate and define complex information systems scope and objectives through research, analysis, and testing

- Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders

- Create functional specifications documents basis business requirements

- Support the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on-budget
