Position: Business Analyst

Experience -10-15

Location: Bangalore

Essential Experience Profile

1. Tertiary qualification in Information technology or a related discipline or 8+ years as a Business Analyst or equivalent role. Overall experience of 10+ years is preferred.

2. Experience working with On-line Banking channels

3. Experience in user-interface and preparation of Wireframes

4. Experience in Business Case / Benefits Analysis

5. Requires working knowledge of relevant SDLC methodologies

6. Experience in requirements elicitation, requirements management and peer reviewing

7. Knowledge of and /or experience with Business Process Analysis & Re-engineering methodologies

8. Experience in working on multiple concurrent initiatives

9. Strong analysis and problem solving skills

10. Experience in conducting workshops using formal methodologies, involving multiple parties with independent objectives.

11. Excellent English communication skills both oral and written.

12. Experience working in BAU environment and in project groups

13. Strong time management skills

Desired Experience Profile

1. Knowledge of Cash Management/Liquidity Management business processes

2. Experience in core-banking systems

3. Knowledge and experience with testing methodologies

4. Experience of working collaboratively with team members based in various geographies

5. Experience in translating requirements into measurable outcomes.

6. Knowledge of and/or experience with modelling techniques (e.g. Use Cases Analysis)

7. Product Management experience preferred
