Role Summary:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the evolution of the IT Service Management strategy, execution, and maturity level.
- Perform Audits for various governance frameworks
- Coach and guide on various technical and non-technical fronts related with frameworks.
- ITSM, Project Management, COBIT, Six Sigma, Lean IT
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, research and recommend, and participate in implementing any required IT standards, controls or policies & procedures, governance frameworks and standards.
- Provide leadership team with tactical and strategic recommendations based on cross-process KPIs
- Audit documentation of core processes to insure cross-process continuity, alignment with continuous improvement road-map
- Able to guide customers through IT Service Management maturity.
- To analyze and recommend contractual requirement of service delivery and suggest best practices to different projects.
- Review performance reports, service improvements, service quality and processes.
- Ensure that standards and guidelines are followed, or that proper, consistent accounting or other practices are being employed.
- Responsible for ensuring that a process is fit for purpose.
- 15+ experience in IT environment or business operations.
- 3 years + experience in an Individual Contributor role or IT service Management Consultant role.
- 4 to 6 years in any management role.
- Must have a detailed and analytical approach with hands-on experience with multiple frameworks.
- Be able to work independently as well as in a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the implementation, developing and deploying various IT governance frameworks to IT organizations.
- Proficient in the use of metrics used for decision-making
- Bachelor Degree
- ITIL Expert certified
- Project Management certified
- Certification in two or more of the following is desirable: COBIT, CISM, ISO 270000 and Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Can effectively communicate business and technical information across the organization, being sensitive to the needs of unique audiences.
- Has persuasion and influencing skills for communicating the viewpoint to an intended audience.
- Ability to make clear decisions in stressful situations.
- Exceptional listening, facilitation, conceptual thinking skills.
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable elements.
- Able to balance the need for info against a desire to record data.

- Ability to work flexible schedules to meet job requirements; requires occasional after-hours support and overnight travel.
