Lead -Operations

Key Accounts:

- Retain & grow key accounts on an ongoing basis by ;

- Serving as a single point of contact for all commercial and operational issues

- Maintaining regular connect with customer and seeking feedback on a regular basis

- Driving operations team to ensure quality of services as per defined standards

- Report on operations metrics and identify opportunities to improve with the customers

- P & L Management (lateral Sales / Cross Selling )

- Map and identify key client stakeholders, proactively build relationship

- Connect with stakeholders on an ongoing basis and understand client business needs, implications for ISS from a service increase perspective

- Identify service increase opportunities and work with the client to contract service increase deals.

- Track and monitor account performance ; profitability vis a vis budgeted /approved nos. from Commercial Finance

- Manage Rate Revision process/Commercial Renewals and ensuring recovery as per defined margins,
