Key Responsibilities: Performance Management: - Custodian of the Performance Management process with includes Goal Setting, Mid Term Review and Annual Appraisal - Responsible to provide inputs for Performance Linked Incentives and any other employee benefit or entitlement - Anchors workforce and succession planning, including the identification of Emergency Successors - Collaborates with department heads to identify high-potential resources - Identifies training needs for business units and individual training needs.
