Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Fresh Chartered Accountant to assist us in maintaining accurate financial records, providing financial analysis, and supporting our clients' financial needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, including a Graduate degree in Commerce (MBA preferred), with consistently excellent academic performance (70% or above) and working knowledge of Tally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed startup valuation assessments, analyzing financial data and market trends to determine accurate company valuations.
- Oversee and execute fundraising activities, collaborating with stakeholders to secure necessary funds for business operations and expansion.
- Facilitate IPO listing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing the intricate aspects of going public.
- Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, providing strategic financial guidance to optimize resources and achieve organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough internal audits, assessing financial procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Handle taxation matters, ensuring accurate filings, compliance with tax laws, and strategic tax planning to minimize liabilities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
- Handle general accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Requirements:
- Certified Chartered Accountant with experience in startup valuation, fundraising, IPO listing, budgeting, internal audit, and taxation.
- Graduate degree in Commerce (MBA preferred).
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Academic achievement of 70% or above throughout academic career.
- Proven track record in analyzing financial data, conducting valuations, and implementing financial strategies within startup environments.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to fundraising, IPO listings, and taxation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to provide valuable financial insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
