We are a member of Constantia Industries AG - internationally oriented Austrian group currently employing over 3,000 employees. We offer innovative solutions in the field of thermoplastic applications. We help solve complicated problems in the fields of production and construction based on our extensive experience and exceptional know-how.

ISOTRACK is seeking an experienced, goal oriented and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible and accountable for growing the business by meeting sales targets. You should have hands on experience in generating enquiries and converting them into sale for the specified territory. This role is an individual contributor role leading to a highly visible and motivated sales team that generates revenues and achieves individual and organizational goals. You will be a valuable contributor to the sales strategy and implementation of the sales strategy to achieve organizational objectives. You will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, leading proposal development efforts.

Responsibility:

- 3+ experience in selling Infrastructure solutions

- Identify and develop prospects and generate enquiries from these prospects

- Research and identify key infrastructure projects and make a pitch to stakeholders involved

- Making product presentations, understanding customer requirements, product demonstration & creating customer awareness in the defined region and customer segments

- Develop proposal customized to each customer requirements

- Conversion of enquiry into orders through sustained follow up with prospective customers

- Negotiate terms of order with customers to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong business relationships

- Penetrate target accounts through multi-level selling

- Develop and maintain long term customer relationships

- Focus on making new customers and increasing revenue from existing customers

- Responsible for achieving the sales targets in the territory with a focus to increase the coverage & market share.

- Planning and monitoring of existing & future business prospects across target segments.

- Keeping track of performance of the product and taking feedback from customers

- After sales training at project site to nominated personnel of the customers

- Monthly MIS reporting and review with reporting manager

Qualification:

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)

- MBA (Marketing) (Preferred but not mandatory)

Requirements:

- Result oriented individual

- Requires very high-level relationship management skills.

- Develop strategy and plans and review and monitor targets

- Experience in direct sales with infrastructure solutions company

- Good social skills as well as a customer and service-orientated personality

- Entrepreneurial thinking

- Ability to put ideas into practice as well as assertiveness

- Team player with good negotiation skills

- Willingness to travel
