Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role, located in Chennai, for a T24 Business Analyst. The T24 Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, developing functional specifications, and providing implementation support. The T24 Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will work closely with software developers and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in T24 Banking domain

- Strong knowledge of T24 modules including Core Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Compliance, and Payments

- Good understanding of banking products and services, and their operations and processes

- Demonstrated expertise in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing implementation support

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Knowledge of relevant regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines is a plus
