Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Agile Business Analyst role located in Chennai. The Agile Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating with stakeholders. The Agile Business Analyst will also be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes using Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and business analysis experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in Agile methodologies and business process improvement

- Ability to gather and document business requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

- Experience in customer experience management and/or business process outsourcing is a plus
