Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agile Business Analyst located in Chennai. The Agile Business Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and communicating with stakeholders.

- The Agile Business Analyst will need to work closely with developers, product owners, scrum masters, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements and timelines are met.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in Agile methodology, Business Analysis and Business Process Management

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to develop and document business requirements

- Previous experience in Agile software development and Scrum frameworks

- Proficient with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Agile Central

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or a related field

- Experience in Customer Experience Management (CEM) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a plus, as is experience in Telecom, BFSI, Energy & Utilities, Government, Media & Entertainment, Aviation, Retail, E-commerce.
